SteezeTech Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

At SteezeTech, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. This Anti-Money Laundering Policy outlines our responsibilities, preventive measures, and user expectations to detect and deter illegal financial activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.

1. Purpose of the AML Policy

The purpose of this policy is to:

• Prevent the use of SteezeTech’s platform for illegal financial activity

• Comply with applicable local and international AML regulations

• Establish robust internal systems for monitoring and reporting suspicious activity

• Protect the integrity of our users and platform

2. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to:

• All users and account holders on the SteezeTech platform

• SteezeTech employees, agents, and affiliates

• All products, services, and financial transactions on the platform.

3. Our Responsibilities

SteezeTech will:

• Ensure that all the deposited funds are used in the system, and only the earned income is withdrawn.
  

• Verify the identity of users through Know Your Customer (KYC) checks

• Monitor transactions for suspicious patterns

• Investigate abnormal user activity

• File suspicious activity reports (SARs) with relevant regulatory bodies when required

• Keep accurate records of all KYC and AML-related activities.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

SteezeTech enforces a mandatory KYC process once a user’s cumulative withdrawals reach the equivalent of $200 or more. The KYC process includes:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, national ID)

• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months)

• Verification of USDT (BEP-20) wallet ownership when applicable

We reserve the right to request KYC verification at any time if suspicious activity is detected, regardless of withdrawal history.

5. Transaction Monitoring

We monitor user accounts and transactions for:

• Unusual frequency or volume of withdrawals

• Rapid movement of funds without course engagement

• Use of multiple accounts with identical or similar credentials

• Repeated failed login attempts or suspicious IP addresses

• Participation in fraudulent activity, scams, or abuse of referral systems

Any flagged account may be subject to review, temporary freeze, or permanent suspension.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use SteezeTech to:

• Launder money or conceal criminal proceeds

• Finance or promote terrorism or organised crime

• Attempt to hide the origin of digital funds

• Engage in scams, ponzi schemes, or financial misrepresentation

• Facilitate unauthorised cross-border fund transfers or third-party payments

Engaging in these activities may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement.

7. Staff Training & Internal Controls

SteezeTech regularly trains its staff and contractors on AML responsibilities and suspicious behaviour red flags. We maintain strict internal procedures for:

• Escalating and documenting flagged accounts

• Reviewing abnormal activity

• Updating AML best practices

• Responding to law enforcement or compliance audits.

8. Cooperation with Authorities

We fully cooperate with financial regulators, law enforcement, and governmental agencies as required by law. We will disclose information when:

• Ordered by court subpoena or legal authority

• Required under applicable financial regulations

• Necessary to prevent imminent financial or reputational harm.

9. User Responsibilities

As a SteezeTech user, you are required to:

• Use your own identity and payment credentials

• Comply with all KYC requests

• Avoid suspicious, large, or unexplained transactions

• Report suspicious behaviour or content on the platform

10. Changes to This Policy

SteezeTech reserves the right to revise this AML Policy at any time. Significant changes will be posted to our website or communicated to users directly.
